
Mark
R. Gregoire began his career in the insurance industry in 1977
with Ciciarelli Insurance Agency and their primary carrier, Mutual
& United of Omaha. During his first 5 years, Mark
received
numerous sales awards and national recognition from Mutual &
United
of Omaha in addition to being invited as guest speaker and instructor
for several training schools or sessions. Following up on his
success, Mark became a General Agent providing services from several
select carriers.
In 1986, Mark partnered with the local
Northwestern Mutual General Agent to create and develop a
Group
Employee Benefits brokerage company exclusively with the Northwestern
Mutual agents as part of a national franchise, Northwestern
Group
Management Services (NGMS). Over
the next 10 years, Mark was credited with establishing a top quartile
productivity NGMS agency with a bottom quartile Northwestern
Mutual Life (NML) agency. Mark was recognized nationally by
NML
for exceptional client service and sales and a requested guest speaker
at a NML annual sales convention.
In 1997, Mark left Northwestern Mutual to establish Group Insurance
Management Services, Inc. (GIMS). Mark has maintained an
incredible retention rate of nearly every client year in, year out in a
market where the average insurance agent loses one out of three group
benefits clients annually. Mark maintains a strong strategic
business alliance with key people in complimentary professions and is
regarded by the primary health plans as one of the most reputable,
knowledgeable and service oriented benefits broker in Massachusetts.
Mark has been married over 25 years and has two children.
